SCIENTECH (02291) announced that Mr. Li Jianwei has resigned from the following positions with the company, effective December 30, 2025, due to other commitments: (i) Joint Company Secretary; (ii) the authorized representative under Section 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for receiving service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong; and (iii) the Authorized Representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. Following Mr. Li's resignation, Ms. Yang Lishan has been appointed as (i) Joint Company Secretary; (ii) the authorized representative for receiving legal documents; and (iii) the Authorized Representative, effective from December 30, 2025.
