YEEBO (INT'L H) (00259) has issued an announcement regarding its associate, Suzhou Qingyue Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Suzhou Qingyue), whose shares were previously listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's (SSE) Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR Market). On September 11, 2026, Suzhou Qingyue declared that its daily closing price had remained below RMB 1 for 20 consecutive trading days, thereby triggering a "trading-related compulsory delisting condition" under the SSE STAR Market listing rules. As a result, its shares have been suspended from trading on the SSE since September 11, 2026, and may subsequently be delisted from the exchange.

Per the SSE's listing regulations, Suzhou Qingyue is required to engage a securities firm qualified to act as a lead sponsor to arrange for the transfer of its shares to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) or other eligible trading venues, ensuring that trading in its shares resumes within 45 trading days following the official delisting date from the SSE.

As of March 31, 2026, the Group's investment in Suzhou Qingyue was recorded at a book value of approximately HK$161 million, representing 2.28% of the Group's total assets and 2.85% of its total equity, respectively.
