Suntec REIT completes redemption of 150 million Singapore dollars perpetual securities

Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (T82U) announced that it has fully redeemed the 150 million Singapore dollars fixed rate subordinated perpetual securities comprised in Series 011 (ISIN: SGXF29810219) as of Jun, 15 2026.

The securities, first constituted under a trust deed dated Aug, 15 2013 and subsequently amended on Oct, 15 2020, have now been cancelled following their redemption.

The perpetual securities were originally issued by Suntec REIT’s subsidiary, Suntec REIT MTN Pte. Ltd., and guaranteed by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited in its capacity as trustee of Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust.
