UBS AG, Singapore Branch, the stabilising manager for the share offering of Foundation Healthcare Holdings Limited, reported that it purchased about 10.9057 million shares in the open market on Jul, 08 2026.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging between 0.70 and 0.76 Singapore dollars per share as part of post-listing stabilising actions permitted under local market conduct regulations.
