Polyfair Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8532) reported that it has met the resumption guidance set by the Stock Exchange after delays in issuing its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2025. Trading in the company's shares resumed on 4 November 2025 following its suspension on 2 July 2025.

According to the announcement, the publication of the 2025 Annual Results was delayed due to pending audit matters involving Expected Credit Loss valuation, outstanding audit confirmations, and an assessment of a gross loss for the reporting period. The group recorded a gross loss of approximately HK$83.28 million and a loss attributable to owners of about HK$133.07 million, with net current liabilities of around HK$58 million.

The auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion concerning going concern uncertainties. Polyfair outlined measures to address its financial position, including financial support from its major shareholder, negotiations with banks and financial institutions for new facilities, potential fundraising through share issuance, and discussions with subcontractors on payment arrangements.

The group continues to operate its construction projects, noting approximately 90% progress on one active site (LP11) and around 80% on another (Kam Sheung Road). It also secured three new projects with a total contract sum of roughly HK$19 million, scheduled to start in early 2026. The company is pursuing further strategic initiatives such as streamlining operations and exploring mid-to-small scale projects to improve cash flow and profitability.

Having published its 2025 Annual Results and provided updates on its business operations and financing strategies, Polyfair confirms that it has fulfilled all resumption requirements. Trading in its shares has consequently resumed on the Stock Exchange.
