The Hunan Provincial Government Office recently issued the "Hunan Province Action Plan for Accelerating the Improvement of New Energy Vehicle Penetration Rate (2025-2026)." The plan sets forth that by the end of 2025, the gap between the province's new energy vehicle penetration rate and the national average should be reduced to within 6%. By the end of 2026, the province aims to achieve the national average level for new energy vehicle penetration rate.
