HK Robotics Keeps Issued Shares Steady at 2.10 Billion in July; Option Pool Shrinks by 17.01 Million

Bulletin Express
08/03

Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited (HK Robotics) reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 August 2026.

The authorised share capital remained fixed at 25.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 2.50 billion.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 2,097,625,991 ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares. HK Robotics confirmed that the public-float level met the Main Board’s 25 percent threshold as at month-end.

Share-option activity was the sole movement disclosed. Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 1 September 2021, 17.01 million options lapsed during July, cutting the outstanding pool to 34.38 million options. No options were exercised, so the total number of shares in issue was unaffected and no funds were raised. The remaining options, if fully exercised, would represent approximately 1.64 percent of the current issued share base.

The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, treasury-share movements, or other equity arrangements during the period.
