On May 14, CAOCAO INC entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai International Automobile City (Group) Co., Ltd. As part of this collaboration, CAOCAO INC will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary within the core area of Shanghai International Automobile City. This move is designed to provide crucial support for the subsequent commercialization of its Robotaxi services. The company plans to deploy 100 Robotaxis in this region by 2026.

CAOCAO INC will actively participate in the development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry in Shanghai's Jiading District. The partnership aims to facilitate the implementation and large-scale deployment of Robotaxi services in Shanghai, thereby expanding the company's operational footprint in key first-tier cities. Concurrently, Shanghai International Automobile City will assist CAOCAO INC in accessing the region's abundant resources for intelligent connected vehicle innovation. By integrating technological R&D with industry chain collaboration, and leveraging real-world urban scenarios, both parties will work together to accelerate the deployment and continuous iteration of cutting-edge mobility solutions.

Recently, EVA Cab, China's first native Robotaxi prototype, in whose product definition and development CAOCAO INC was deeply involved, made its debut at the Beijing Auto Show. According to the plan, the CAOCAO INC deeply customized version of the Robotaxi is scheduled for mass production in 2027, with a cumulative deployment target of 100,000 vehicles by 2030.

Currently, CAOCAO INC has built a comprehensive, closed-loop ecosystem integrating "intelligent customized vehicles, intelligent driving technology, and intelligent operations." The company has also established a complete asset management system covering vehicle procurement, insurance, maintenance, and residual value management.

In 2026, CAOCAO INC plans to gradually expand into more domestic cities, continuously increase the scale of its Robotaxi fleet, and explore Robotaxi operations in Hong Kong, while actively laying the groundwork for international markets.
