On 21 November 2025, Far East Horizon Limited (3360) announced the publication of a pricing supplement for its issuance of HKD350,000,000 4.00% Notes due 2027 (Stock Code: 40006). These Notes form part of the company’s US$4,000,000,000 Medium Term Note and Perpetual Securities Programme and are intended for purchase by professional investors as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK).

According to the announcement, the Notes are expected to list on the SEHK on or about 21 November 2025, carrying a fixed rate of 4.00% per annum with semi-annual interest payments.
