China Oilfield Services Limited (CHINA OILFIELD) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 23 October 2026. The primary agenda item is the review and potential approval of the company’s third-quarter results for the period ended 30 September 2026.

The meeting will be chaired by Liu Jianzhong, who also serves as Chief Executive Officer.
