The company has announced the successful conversion of 100,220,667 domestic unlisted shares into H shares, completed on July 15, 2026.

These 100,220,667 newly converted H shares are scheduled to commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong starting at 9:00 a.m. on July 16, 2026.

Participating shareholders must first complete the applicable domestic procedural arrangements before they can engage in trading of the converted H shares.
