The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has launched a special initiative to empower the development of small and medium-sized enterprises through accessible computing power. The initiative emphasizes improving the usability of computing services. It calls for the establishment of普惠 computing power empowerment centers tailored to local conditions in areas such as pilot cities for SME digital transformation, specialized SME industrial clusters, innovation clusters, advanced manufacturing hubs, and computing power interconnection nodes. Activities promoting "computing power into parks and enterprises" will be organized to provide face-to-face technical consultation and resource allocation services. Through dedicated SME platform sections, computing resource information will be categorized and displayed by region, type, and enterprise entity, offering functions like intelligent matching, usage guidance, and consulting services. The initiative encourages evaluations of普惠 computing service capabilities tailored to SME needs, helping SMEs select computing service providers suitable for their business scenarios. Efforts will be made to actively cultivate artificial intelligence application service providers, build an AI application service chain, improve the AI application service system, and promote the practical implementation of AI technologies.
