Civmec Limited (P9D) announced on Jan, 02 2026 that it has secured a series of new contracts and extensions worth over 400 million Australian dollars, or roughly 360 million Singapore dollars, to be executed across the second half of FY26 and FY27.

The largest award is a contract from BHP for the Port Debottlenecking Project 2 at Nelson Point, Port Hedland. Civmec will carry out concrete and earthworks for a sixth car dumper, including establishing a new batch plant, installing piling, managing temporary works, and executing formwork, reinforcement and concrete placement for the dumper, conveyors and transfer stations. The company is also fabricating about 700 tonnes of structural steel modules for the same project.

Separately, Civmec secured a contract from Fortescue to build light and support mobile-equipment charger facilities and pit power infrastructure at the Eliwana and Flying Fish mines. The scope covers construction, installation, verification and commissioning of charger units and related civil and electrical works to support Fortescue’s electric mining fleet rollout.

In addition, the group reported continued growth in its maintenance services business, winning further contracts in Port Hedland and Gladstone.

Civmec said the new awards underscore its strategy of early-contractor involvement, order-book diversification and expansion of its maintenance offering. The company expects the latest wins to boost activity levels during 2H FY26 and FY27.
