SHANGRI-LA ASIA has announced the allotment and issuance of new shares to a trustee.

This action was taken to fulfill the company's obligations under its 2025 Share Plan, which was adopted on June 12, 2025.

Specifically, the new share issuance on June 9, 2026, was to cover the grant of a combined 1.1275 million reward shares to three of the company's directors on July 7, 2025.

A further issuance on the same date was to satisfy the grant of a total of 4.4636 million reward shares to participants, excluding company directors, on July 7 and December 12, 2025.

The total number of new shares issued amounts to 5.5911 million.
