05/20

Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on 20 May 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HK$1.81 and HK$1.83, spending HK$0.36 million. The shares will be cancelled in due course and are currently classified as “repurchased but not yet cancelled.”

Including the latest transaction, the company has bought back 5.60 million shares between 31 March and 20 May 2026. This represents approximately 0.33 % of the existing 1.72 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and involved an aggregate outlay of about HK$10.80 million at an average repurchase cost of roughly HK$1.93 per share.

Despite the ongoing programme, Ever Sunshine Services’ issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.72 billion shares because none of the repurchased shares had been cancelled as of 20 May 2026. The company holds no treasury shares.

Under the new share repurchase mandate approved on 13 May 2026, Ever Sunshine Services is authorised to buy back up to 171.74 million shares. Since the mandate’s approval, 400,000 shares—0.02 % of the issued share base on the mandate date—have been repurchased on the Exchange.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 19 June 2026.
