eprint Group Limited (stock code: 1884) announced that its Company Secretary, Ms. Leung Ngan Yi, has tendered her resignation effective 5 February 2026. Upon her departure, Ms. Leung will also cease to serve as an Authorised Representative of the company. According to the announcement, Ms. Leung confirmed she has no disagreements with the board and no additional matters need to be brought to shareholders’ attention.

Following Ms. Leung’s resignation, Ms. Yu Bik Chun has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative with effect from the same date. Ms. Yu holds a diploma in accounting, a master’s degree in International Accounting, and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants with extensive experience in auditing and accounting.

The board expressed its appreciation for Ms. Leung’s valuable contributions during her tenure and welcomed Ms. Yu’s appointment.
