Following Mr. Man's departure, Ms. Mak Nga Yuen, who possesses the requisite professional qualifications and relevant experience as stipulated under Rule 3.28 of the HKEX Listing Rules, has been appointed as the Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from November 13, 2025, succeeding Mr. Man.
