YEAHKA LIMITED disclosed that on 17 July 2026 it bought back 38,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HKD 5.06 and HKD 5.17 per share. The repurchase totalled HKD 0.20 million, implying a volume-weighted average price of approximately HKD 5.12.

Following the transaction, YEAHKA’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell from 460.53 million to 460.49 million, a marginal decrease of 0.0084%. Treasury shares rose to 1.67 million, leaving the company’s total issued share capital unchanged at 462.16 million shares, as the repurchased stock is being held as treasury shares rather than cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 46.08 million shares. Including the latest transaction, YEAHKA has repurchased 315,200 shares under this mandate—equivalent to 0.07% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, lasting until 16 August 2026. The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with the Main Board Listing Rules and the terms of its May 8 Explanatory Statement.
