MACAU LEGEND (01680) announced that the service agreement dated December 30, 2022 (together with its appendices, collectively referred to as the "Service Agreement") entered into between the Group and Macau Entertainment Complex Resort Limited (Macau Entertainment Complex) for the provision of sales, promotion, advertising, customer development and referral, event coordination and other related services will not be renewed upon its expiration on December 31, 2025.

The Board hereby informs the Company's shareholders and potential investors that we may consider early termination of the Service Agreement before December 31, 2025, subject to the operational data and performance of the Group's gaming business and the approval of relevant authorities for the early termination of the Service Agreement.
