QINGHUA HOLD Announces Resignation of Company Secretary and CFO

QINGHUA HOLD (SEHK: 08082) has announced that Mr. Ye Qizhi has tendered his resignation from the positions of Company Secretary and Financial Controller.

His resignation will become effective from July 15, 2026. Consequently, he will also cease to serve as one of the company's authorized representatives under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited from the same date.

The company has appointed Sze Wai Lai Company Limited to provide company secretarial support services. Sze Wai Lai has nominated Ms. Qiu Yingtong to assume the role of Company Secretary.

Ms. Qiu will also serve as the authorized representative for receiving legal documents in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and under Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules. These appointments will also take effect from July 15, 2026.
