Zhi Bao Xin Qin has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 18, 2025, due to a failure to reach an agreement on the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

The board further announced that, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, it has resolved to appoint Bo Chun CPA Limited as the new auditor, effective December 18, 2025.
