In a separate announcement, GOLD PEAK stated that Mr. Leung Yuen Pak, currently an executive director, will be appointed as Vice President of the company, effective April 1, 2026.

For the six months ended September 30, 2025, the company reported revenue of HK$3.554 billion, a slight increase of 0.5% compared to the same period last year. Profit attributable to owners of the company rose by 38.6% year-on-year to HK$36.2 million. Basic earnings per share were 3.57 HK cents, and an interim dividend of 1.8 HK cents per share was declared.
