QUANTGROUP (02685) announced on March 2, 2026, that Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer Zhou Qiang, as well as Non-Executive Director Liu Fangwei, resigned from their respective positions from the board and from the Group effective immediately. According to the official statement, both individuals departed due to their respective career development plans.

The board’s composition remains otherwise unchanged, currently led by Chairman and Executive Director Zhou Hao, alongside four other executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
