The circular relates to a discloseable and connected transaction first noted in the Company’s announcement on 25 August 2025 and further addressed in its announcement on 30 September 2025. The new expected despatch date for the circular and EGM notice is on or before 30 November 2025, owing to the additional time required to prepare and finalize certain information.
