Yuexiu Services Group Limited announced a board reshuffle effective 02 September 2026. Non-Executive Director Yang Zhaoxuan has resigned because of an internal reassignment at Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. Concurrently, Yang relinquishes his seat on the Board’s Investment Committee. The company stated that Yang had no disagreements with the Board and no matters require shareholder attention.
The vacancy will be filled by Chen Yujun, who joins the Board as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Investment Committee on the same date. Chen, aged 45, is currently Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Metro Operation Group Co., Ltd., overseeing finance, investment, project initiation, and compliance. His two-decade career in accounting includes senior finance roles at Guangzhou Metro and earlier experience at Guangzhou Midea Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from Sun Yat-sen University and has been a qualified senior accountant since August 2020.
Chen has signed a three-year appointment letter with Yuexiu Services. In line with the company’s articles, he will serve until the next annual general meeting and stand for re-election. Yuexiu Services confirmed that Chen will not receive director emoluments and has no shareholdings or related-party ties with the company.
