Stamford Land Corporation Ltd announced on Apr, 15 2026 that the Supreme Court of New South Wales ordered on Apr, 08 2026 the winding up of its wholly owned subsidiary, Stamford Property Services Pty Ltd (SPS), under sections 459A and 459P(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.

The court also appointed a liquidator for SPS. Stamford Land did not participate in the hearing, consistent with its disclosure on Mar, 16 2026.

The company said the ruling is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s operations or financial position because SPS is dormant and holds no assets.
