BOSS ZHIPIN-W's stock price plummeted 5.42% during intraday trading on Thursday, following the company's announcement of proposals for its upcoming annual general meeting.

The online recruitment platform operator Kanzhun Limited, which operates BOSS Zhipin, has convened its 2026 AGM where shareholders will vote on several key proposals. One of the most significant items is an "Issue Mandate" that would authorize directors to allot, issue, sell or transfer treasury Class A ordinary shares up to 10% of the company's outstanding shares. Based on the latest share count of 966.95 million shares, this represents a maximum of approximately 96.69 million new Class A shares that could be issued, potentially diluting existing shareholders' ownership.

Investors reacted negatively to the prospect of potential dilution, despite the company also seeking a corresponding "Repurchase Mandate" for buying back up to the same 10% ceiling. The AGM will also address board re-elections, auditor reappointment, and charter amendments to align with Hong Kong listing rules regarding weighted voting rights.
