KNT Holdings Limited signed a supplemental letter with the placing agent on 9 July 2026 to extend the long-stop date for its new-share placing from 9 July 2026 to 17 July 2026. All other provisions of the original placing agreement remain unchanged.

The placing price is set at HK$0.20 per share, reflecting: • a 3.38% discount to the HK$0.207 closing price on 9 July 2026; and • a 12.05% discount to the five-day average closing price of HK$0.2274 prior to the supplemental letter.

Completion of the placing remains conditional on meeting the agreement’s precedents, and shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares.
