(688766.SH) announced its intention to acquire a 49% stake in Noah Changtian from Zhuhai Nuoyan, Yuanhe Puhua, and Hengqin Qiangke through issuing shares, convertible bonds, and cash payments, while also raising supporting funds. Upon completion of the transaction, Noah Changtian will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company, and the target company SHM will become its wholly-owned subsidiary.
