RENZE HARVEST (01282) announced that on September 10, 2025, Ultra Glory Investments Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into an agreement with Kaizhong Commutator Limited. Under the agreement, the subsidiary has agreed to sell a property to the buyer for a total consideration of HK$35.854 million.

The property is located at Room 1907, 19th Floor, Tower Two, Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong, and is used for commercial purposes.

Taking into consideration the group's current financial position, future liquidity requirements, and the outlook of the Hong Kong real estate market, the directors believe that the disposal represents a good opportunity for the company to realize the value of the property at a reasonable price. The proceeds from the disposal will improve the group's financial position and increase general working capital.
