Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) said it transferred 283,000 treasury shares on Oct, 14 2025 for the exercise of employee share options granted under the Geo Energy Share Option Scheme.

Before the transfer, the company held 2,555,467 treasury shares, representing 0.178% of its 1,431,723,646 issued shares outstanding. After the transaction, it holds 2,272,467 treasury shares, or 0.159% of 1,432,006,646 issued shares.

The shares transferred were valued at about 0.08 million Singapore dollars.
