Build King Holdings Limited (Build King) has announced that the English and Chinese versions of its circular, notice of Special General Meeting (SGM) and accompanying form of proxy are now available on both the company website (www.buildking.hk) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The notification, dated 30 July 2026, highlights the following operational arrangements:

1. Digital-first distribution • Shareholders are encouraged to review the documents via the “Website Version” to promote efficiency and reduce paper usage. • Non-registered shareholders can receive email alerts once their valid email addresses are provided to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited.

2. Printed copies on demand • Investors who experience difficulty accessing the electronic files may obtain free printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong). • Requests can be submitted by prepaid post within Hong Kong or via email to buildking240-ecom@vistra.com.

3. Investor support • Telephone enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The circular and SGM notice constitute part of Build King’s ongoing corporate communications, which also encompass annual and interim reports, quarterly reports (if any), listing documents and other shareholder materials.
