On the evening of October 13, Luoxin Pharmaceuticals Group Stock Co.,Ltd. (002793) announced the appointment of Jiang Ying as the company's Board Secretary. The appointment aims to enhance the company's governance structure and ensure standardized operations.

Following nomination by the company's Chairman and review by the Board's Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Jiang Ying as Board Secretary. Her term will commence from the date of Board approval and continue until the expiration of the fifth Board of Directors' term.

According to her resume, Jiang Ying was born in October 1987 and holds Chinese nationality with no permanent overseas residency rights. She holds a master's degree and earned dual bachelor's degrees in Science and Economics from Peking University. She also obtained a Master's degree in Management from Peking University and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Hong Kong.

Her professional experience includes serving as an analyst at Guojin Securities Asset Management Division and Everbright Prudential Fund. She also worked at Cathay Fund Management as an analyst, assistant fund manager, and fund manager.
