On the afternoon of January 21, a warm atmosphere filled the "Love Cafeteria" on Xin Street in Ziyun Autonomous County, Anshun City, where 16 assorted hot and cold dishes, including meat and vegetable options, were neatly arranged. Since its opening on December 18, 2025, the establishment has become a "warm canteen" for outdoor laborers. Xie Ning, a ride-hailing driver and a regular customer, shared his experience: "There's a wide variety of dishes, and you can eat as much as you want. For just 8 yuan per meal, it's a real comfort!"

Liu Kuan, Chairman of the Ziyun Autonomous County New Employment Forms Laborers Trade Union Federation, explained that as a designated meal collection point for the union, the outlet operates on a subsidized dining model. For a breakfast originally priced at 7 yuan, outdoor workers pay only 3 yuan, and for a lunch originally costing 14 yuan, they pay just 8 yuan, with the union and partner companies covering the difference. After completing identity verification, outdoor laborers can receive subsidy vouchers to use at the cafeteria.

Considering the work patterns of outdoor laborers, the cafeteria has extended its lunch service hours until 3 p.m. Relevant departments also conduct regular inspections of ingredient quality and kitchen hygiene, in addition to carrying out satisfaction surveys.
