The company plans to issue 2.5 million shares at a price range of $4–$5 per share, with a total fundraising target of $11 million. At the midpoint of the proposed price range, Neo Aeronautics would have a valuation of $125 million.

The company’s brand portfolio features the personal aircraft "Crimson" series, logistics-focused "Pegasus" series, and mission-specific "SeaArcher" series.

Currently, Neo Aeronautics has not generated any revenue. Founded in 2018, the company intends to list on the NYSE American under the ticker "NEOA." Revere Securities is serving as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
