On 30 April 2026, HG Semiconductor Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Annual Report 2025, accompanying circular and the notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting are now available on both the company website (www.hg-semiconductor.com) and the HKEx news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company urges shareholders to review the online versions but will provide printed copies upon request. Non-registered shareholders can obtain hard copies by completing and returning the request form to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or by emailing a scanned copy to 6908shareholders@hg-semiconductor.com. Postage is waived for mail sent within Hong Kong.

Shareholders holding their shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited may opt to receive future corporate communications electronically by supplying a functional email address to their respective intermediaries. Until an email address is provided, notices of web-based publications will be delivered in printed form.
