Wai Chi Holdings Company Limited reported that on 13 July 2026 it repurchased 50,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 0.90 each. The transaction cost HKD 0.05 million.

Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.02 percentage points to 216.79 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 2.94 million. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.94 million shares, representing 13.37 % of the company’s issued shares as at the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales runs through 13 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
