The property is located at Rooms 1101–4, 11th Floor, Hutchison House, 39 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

After considering factors such as the office space provided by the lessor, location, rental terms, and other commercial conditions, the board believes that entering into the lease agreement and using the property as the group's new headquarters and primary business location in Hong Kong aligns with the group's interests.

The terms of the lease agreement were determined through fair negotiations between the lessor and lessee, with the rental rate benchmarked against prevailing market rates for comparable properties in the vicinity. The board considers the terms of the lease agreement to be fair and reasonable, and the execution of the agreement to be in the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
