HRnetGroup Limited announced that it sold 17,800 treasury shares on Apr, 30 2026 to enhance trading liquidity and increase its free float.

Following the transaction, the company’s treasury shareholding fell to 20,629,306 from 20,647,106, representing an unchanged 2.08% of total issued shares. The number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose to 990,777,566 from 990,759,766.

The shares were sold for approximately 0.01 million Singapore dollars.
