Jakota Capital (Holding) Group has released a supplemental announcement to its 30 July 2026 AGM circular, detailing the proposed re-appointment of McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as statutory auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.

The Board—acting on the Audit Committee’s recommendation—will seek shareholder approval to retain McMillan Woods until the next annual general meeting and authorise the Board to set the auditor’s remuneration. The Company and McMillan Woods have agreed on an estimated audit fee of approximately HK$1.25 million for FY2027, a figure described as “broadly in line” with the prior year’s audit cost.

Key factors underpinning the agreed fee: • Scale and complexity of Jakota Capital’s operations and reporting structure remain largely unchanged. • Expected audit scope and timetable mirror the previous year’s requirements. • Resource allocation, professional expertise, and time commitments have been assessed against prevailing market rates.

The Board regards the negotiated fee as fair and reasonable, assuming no material changes in business scope, operations, accounting policies, or regulatory environment during the period. Should significant changes arise, the Company intends to provide additional disclosure.

All other information in the original AGM circular remains unaffected, and the proposed re-appointment will be voted on at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
