The board urges shareholders to access the online versions of current and future corporate communications. Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy documents will find the printed 2026 Interim Report enclosed with the notification.

Shareholders encountering difficulties with email notifications or website access may request printed copies of the Interim Report and all future corporate materials free of charge. To do so, they must complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided or via email to 65-ecom@vistra.com.

The company highlights the importance of maintaining a valid email address on file. Until shareholders provide a functional address, Grand Ocean Advanced Resources will dispatch notices of publication and actionable corporate documents in printed form only. The current election regarding receipt of printed materials remains effective until 31 December 2027 unless amended earlier by written notice.
