The Tradr 2X Long SNDK Daily ETF (SNXX) experienced a pre-market plunge of 8.27% on Tuesday.
The leveraged ETF's decline reflects amplified downside pressure from its underlying stock, SanDisk, which fell over 3% in pre-market trading. The move was part of a broad sell-off in US optical communication and storage concept stocks, with sector peers including Corning, Astera Labs, and Credo also posting significant losses.
Analysts suggest the sharp drop may also be attributed to profit-taking activity, following a period of strong momentum where the ETF had posted substantial gains in recent sessions.
