AUSTASIA GROUP (02425) announced its 2025 financial results, with revenue declining by approximately 5.9% year-on-year to about 34.68 billion yuan. The net loss attributable to owners of the company was approximately 751 million yuan, narrowing by 40.9% compared to the previous year. The basic loss per share was 0.92 yuan.

According to the announcement, the loss was primarily attributed to a loss of 946 million yuan arising from changes in the fair value of other biological assets minus selling costs. The significant loss was mainly due to the assumption of a decline in the selling price of raw milk when calculating the fair value of biological assets.
