CCT Fortis Holdings Limited disclosed that Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has approved its request to defer the despatch of the shareholder circular related to the company’s major transaction—the proposed disposal of a property.

The waiver, granted on 22 June 2026 under Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules, allows CCT Fortis to send the circular on or before 13 July 2026. The extension was sought because additional time is needed to finalise information for inclusion in the document. The Stock Exchange reserves the right to modify or withdraw the waiver should circumstances change.

The original disposal announcement was released on 22 May 2026, with a subsequent update on 15 June 2026 detailing the initial delay in despatch.

The board is chaired by Mr. Mak Shiu Tong, Clement, and comprises two executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
