These materials are now accessible on the company’s website (www.yadea.com.cn) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been enclosed for shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy communications.

Registered shareholders are encouraged to use the “Website Version” for current and future corporate communications.
