According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 12th, JPMorgan Chase & Co. increased its holding in SHENZHOU INTL (02313) by 1,312,193 shares. The transaction was executed at a price of HK$44.7110 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HK$58.67 million.

Following this acquisition, the investment bank's latest shareholding stands at around 136 million shares, representing a 9.01% stake in the company.
