Zoomlion (01157) announced that its acquisition of an 81% stake in Zoomlion Financial Leasing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has been approved by the Beijing Local Financial Regulatory Bureau. The industrial and commercial registration for the equity transfer was completed on December 5, 2025. Following the registration update, the target company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zoomlion, and its financial performance will be consolidated into the company's financial statements.
