Zhang Yu Steps Down as CFO of Kanzhun Limited, Assumes CSO Role

Kanzhun Limited announced that Zhang Yu will step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to focus on the company's long-term strategic development as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Zhang will split his time between Hong Kong and Beijing offices.

The company stated it plans to promote more young talent into its core management team. Vice President Wang Wenbei has been appointed Deputy CFO. Wang joined Kanzhun in 2021, overseeing investor relations. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Master of Finance from Clark University (U.S.), with prior experience at UBS Investment Bank.

Vice President Mu Yang will succeed Zhang as Executive Director. Mu has led the company’s HR functions since 2016 and holds degrees from Peking University and City University of Hong Kong.
