HOME CONTROL (01747) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on November 25, 2025. A total of 28.424 million placement shares, representing approximately 5.31% of the company's enlarged issued share capital post-completion, were successfully placed to no fewer than six placees at HK$3.80 per share in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

After making all reasonable inquiries, the directors confirm that the placees and their respective ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties. None of the placees became a major shareholder (as defined under the Listing Rules) following the completion of the placement.
