SMART-CORE (02166) has announced that the group anticipates recording a profit attributable to owners of the company of approximately HK$1.4 billion to HK$1.7 billion for the current fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. This represents an increase of approximately 40% to 70% compared to the profit attributable to owners of approximately HK$1 billion for the year ended December 31, 2024.

The growth in profit for the current year is primarily attributed to an overall increase in demand for the group's integrated circuit chips and other electronic components. Benefiting from the vigorous development of AI technology and rising market demand, the group's business units related to AI infrastructure construction, namely optical communication and storage products, achieved significant growth during the year.
